Modifications and additions:
In general model built like other Hellcats (see there).
Flaps cut out, front built up; when flaps are lowered rear of rectangular section in front moves up, so it had to be cut out and replaced. Lowered flaps inserted afterwards.
Figures hand made.
Fire not real (photo was shot a long time before digital cameras were invented).
